Ready for Europe

A balloon registered in the Czech Republic can operate throughout EASA member states in accordance with applicable regulations. We help ensure your aircraft is ready for operation from day one.

What Do I Need to Sign Up?

To begin the registration process, we will need several documents and basic details about the balloon and its owner.

Required Documents

  • Copy of passport
  • Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Good Standing (for company owners)
  • Purchase Agreement or Bill of Sale
  • Aircraft Insurance Certificate
  • Power of Attorney from the Owner
  • Power of Attorney from the Operator
  • Aircraft Use Agreement (only if the owner and operator are different entities)
  • Maintenance Programme (if not covered by our CAO service)

All documents should be provided in English or Czech.

Need Insurance?

We can also arrange the required aircraft insurance. Simply provide:

  • MTOW and RMTOW
  • Number of occupants
  • Required insurance period
  • Intended use (commercial or private)
