Apple and Google manage store purchases under their own billing systems. Kubicek cannot be assumed to change the payment method, transfer an existing subscription or issue an invoice for a store-managed purchase.
For support, provide the store, country or region, date, amount, currency and a non-sensitive order reference. Hide unrelated personal data.
